Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. We ask that you give us a 7 day advanced notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. If you no show an appointment you must pay for the service you missed in order to reschedule. A no-show constitutes either being 10 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment. We appreciate your business and understanding.
Appointments cancelled within the 72-Hour Cancellation Policy results as follows and must be paid in advance in order to reschedule. This policy is strictly enforced and applies to all clients, both new and long term clients.
72 hours: 25% of scheduled service due
48 hours: 50% of scheduled service due
24 hours: 100% of scheduled service due
Pricing
Additional fee applied to services that require increased time and or product, which extend beyond a typical hair service, according to length, texture, density or complexity at a rate of $50 per each additional 30 minutes.
