Scott Risk is a women’s hair specialist known for precision haircuts, advanced layering, and natural-looking color designed to move and hold their shape long after the salon visit.
His work focuses on fine-to-medium hair and curl-specific cuts at moderate hair-lengths, creating long-term shape, movement, and flow without bulk or shelf layers.
IMPORTANT
Requests involving extra-dense, extra-thick, coarse, or extremely long hair are not accommodated and will not be reviewed.
This form is to confirm eligibility, not to request exceptions.
If you don’t fit my guidelines, I will not schedule you.

I review photos first before discussing services, availability, or pricing.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS (Required)
Upload TWO clear, current, full-head photos:
• Front view (top of head to ends)
• Back view (top of head to ends)
• No cropped/partial images
If I can’t see your full head + full length + full width, your request will not be reviewed.
Curly Hair Clients
Curl pattern or texture alone does not disqualify a request. Many curly clients fall well within my specialty. This agreement exists solely to prevent misrepresentation of hair density, length, or workload — not to exclude natural curl patterns that are in alignment within my Loose Waves - Medium Curls (2A-3B) expertise.
BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT NOTE
Brazilian Blowouts are an exception to my Fine–Medium hair focus.
If you’re requesting a Brazilian Blowout for frizz control, submit your request normally and I’ll confirm timing and pricing after reviewing your photos.

I work on a rotating schedule between locations.
