BOOKING GUIDELINES
Hair Lengths, Densities & Curl Patterns
To make selecting your service easier, hair types defining the spectrum of length’s, densities and curl types are categorized.
This ensures services are offered for your particular needs prior to booking, as well as knowing whether your hair needs to be prepared prior to arriving to your appointment.
HAIR DENSITIES
• Fine Density: Hair strands are spaced further apart with lighter volume; ponytail appears small.
• Medium Density: Balanced fullness and coverage — the most common hair type.

✧ PREP REQUIREMENT
For haircut appointments with dense, coarse, or resistant hair for any hair length, arrive with hair clean, dry, and smoothly blown out.
• Thick / High Density: Full coverage and visibly voluminous; ponytail feels dense and substantial.
• Ultra-Thick / High Density: ✧ (available as upon approval and specialty pricing) Exceptionally full with maximum strand density; requires extra time, artistry and technical skill for services.
HAIR LENGTHS
• Short: Above the jawline
• Medium: Between the jawline and shoulders
• Long: Below the shoulders to mid-back (between shoulder blades).
• Full-Length: Hair that extends past the mid-back.
✧ Hair length’s bordering the “Long Hair” line requires clients arrive with clean, dry, smooth-blown hair.
Full-Length hair requires consultation approval to ensure adequate time, precision, and premium product allocation for seamless results.
Pricing and appointment duration may vary depending on your hair length, ensuring we allocate the time and expertise needed to achieve flawless results.
