Why Things Look a Little Different

For over 25 years, I’ve built my craft around precision, balance, and consistency. Many of you have been with me through it all, and you know I’ve run a busy chair — always double-booked with assistants and working at full demand.

Why I Stepped Away

The reality is, delivering the level of work I’m known for to a client base of this size was only possible with reliable support. When that disappeared, the system stopped working. Rather than compromise the standard you’ve come to expect, I chose to step away for a season.

Why the Services Changed

Working solo means I’ve had to rethink how appointments are structured. A simple root touch-up, for example, used to work when I had an assistant — I could cut another client’s hair while the color processed. Without that support, I’m sitting for 30 minutes earning nothing, then finishing the service myself.

Bundling a smooth blowout or cut with color isn’t “extra fluff.” It ensures the service is complete, consistent, and sustainable.

Why Online Booking Matters Now

In the past, I could keep up with texts because I had assistants moving everything in the background. Now that I’m working solo, that back-and-forth isn’t sustainable — it takes focus away from where it belongs: in the chair.

Online booking isn’t just convenience — it’s structure. It keeps my chair running at the precision you expect, protects your time, and ensures I stay fully present with you, not buried in a phone.

Why Pricing Looks Different

Prices haven’t changed drastically, but you’ll notice some adjustments. They reflect the shift to working solo, the time each service requires, and the level of precision I put into every client’s hair. It’s not “extra cost” — it’s aligning value with reality.

What Hasn’t Changed

• The level of artistry and attention you receive in the chair.

• Services designed to grow out seamlessly, with longevity built in.

• My commitment to make every appointment feel elevated and personal.

The Bottom Line

I didn’t rebuild this to be complicated — I rebuilt it to last. Your experience should feel seamless and familiar, with the same quality you know me for.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty. I can’t wait to have you back in the chair.
