To ensure consistency and protect physical sustainability, Scott does not accept services for extremely dense hair, hair extending more than 2 inches below the back of a salon chair (typically longer than 22”), or hair treated with henna. See the Hair Density Reference Chart for visual examples. Exceptions are considered only if the appointment includes cutting the hair back within limits.
